Lique has discovered the kitchen. This is a wonderful thing for both of us. I let her decide most nights what is for dinner. We have a new deal now. One cooks dinner and the other does dishes. I am so happy to see her step in be so responsible and helpful. she truly is a blessing and is my buddy.
We are bike riding together 2-3 times a week. Planning a day at the bay with friends this weekend. Biking, eating and playing. Looking forward to it with the weather warming up now. I am thrilled that she likes spending this time together with me. I know the teenage years are coming up fast and she's bound to spend more time with friends as we all did. That's what makes this all the more special. No matter what she will always be my baby girl and my buddy.
